1. Registration: Submit your application for certification. After submitting an application and completing any necessary reviews, BCP Global Indonesia will send a formal quotation.
2. Schedulling: BCP Global Indonesia will plan and schedule the Stage 1 audit, which is a document review to assess your management system's readiness.
3. Stage 1 Audit : The qualified external auditor reviews your documentation to ensure it meets the standard's requirements and plans for the Stage 2 audit.
4. Stage 2 Audit : An on-site audit evaluates the practical implementation and effectiveness of your management system.
5. Certification Review : After successfully completing both audits, the certification body conducts a technical review and make a formal decision.
6. Issued Certificate: If your system passes the external audit, the certification body will issue the formal certificate.
7. Surveillance Audit : After certification, the certification body will conduct regular surveillance audits (often annually) to ensure your system remains effective and compliant.
8. Re-Certification : The certification is typically valid for three years, after which a more comprehensive re-certification audit is required.
